I have been a patient of Dr. Jason Miller for over 25 years. It is always a wonderful experience when coming to their office. During my visit this week I picked out new frames with the help of Liam. He was an absolute delight and very good at his job. I felt confident that he would NOT let me pick out frames that didn't look good on me! If you are someone who struggles with knowing what frames look good on you, Liam is your guy!

After suffering a traumatic brain injury several years ago, my eyes have never been the same; so getting a new pair of glasses, with a prescription change to boot, posed quite the challenge for me. Before finding EyeCare Professionals of Powell, I went to three other establishments, and none of them could deliver a pair of glasses that didn’t make me nauseous. Well. Thank God there’s Krista- the only optician I trust with my eyes. Krista patiently listens to all of my feedback during our consults, and has carefully crafted a lens and frame solution that works for me. BLESS. I am now the proud owner of TWO new pairs of glasses, and we are working towards outfitting me with prescription sunglasses for the summer. Yeee! If you’re looking for someone who understands the intricacies of eyewear, and want a professional to get the job done right, go see Krista. She’s the best.

Great visit! It was my first time going to the eye doctor but Dr. Neuhaus made the visit simple and very informative. Very quick process and was able to get in and get out with little to no wasted time. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had appointments on 2/14. It was such a great experience that we already made our appointments for next year. They are super welcoming and very helpful. Can’t wait to get my new glasses. ; )

This place is amazing, I showed up 15 minutes early and was seen instantly. Everyone is so nice and made me feel super comfortable. I look forward to seeing them in the future!

I was really happy to find EyeCare Professionals of Powell after my previous doc retired. The whole staff and doctors are friendly, professional, and efficient. I would 100% recommend this practice. They also have a great selection of glasses.

Dr. Miller is trustworthy, knowledgable and personable. He provides helpful information at each visit and explains tests results and what to expect. He always asks how I'm doing which is so nice. His staff is well coordinated and my visit is always a great overall experience.

Reception is welcoming. Appointment kept. Technician, Rebecca was pleasant & efficient & listened - noted any concerns. Dr. Neuhaus was thorough, listened carefully, explained exam & findings, possible future issues and follow-up. Paperwork, if using insurance is handled for you. Good selection of frames.
